 The film by Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif Sooryavanshi will be released on April 30th. This is definitely exciting news for fans. Film producer, Karan Johar, and director, Rohit Shetty have joined their respective social media accounts to share the big news with their fans and followers. The film was due for release on March 24, but that date had to be postponed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. After the government allowed theaters to fully operate, the release dates for several films were announced.

Sooryavanshi's release date was announced today (March 14th) on Rohit Shetty's birthday. Karan Johar went to Twitter to share the video and announced the release date. "I wish the whole team all the best with our film Damakedaar and a happy birthday #RohitShetty. Always a great time to work with you, there are many others here," he wrote.

In another tweet, Karan wrote: "The wait is finally over! We've promised you the whole #Sooryavanshi experience at the cinema and it's time to keep that promise! So mark your calendar for April 30, 2021. # Sooryavanshi30thApril (sic)." "

Akshay Kumar also shared the same video announcing the release date of his film Sooryavanshi. "We promise everyone a cinematic experience and you will get it ... the wait is finally over! Police Aa Rahi Hai #Sooryavanshi will be released in theaters around the world on April 30, 2021. # Sooryavanshi30thApril (sic)," he wrote in his tweet.

Before announcing the release date of the film, the actor took to Twitter to wish Rohit a happy birthday. "It's easiest to get in touch with Rohit because we share the same passion that unites us: Action! Happy Birthday, Rohit, we wish you an action-packed year," he wrote wishing to the director.

Sooryavanshi was ready for release on March 24, but due to the new coronavirus, manufacturers had to postpone the release date. They issued a statement stating the same thing.
